What are the delivery times & conditions for my order?

Items available for sale online at sg.lalique.com can be delivered in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, New Zealand and Australia.

Orders are shipped from our Singapore warehouse via DHL ExpressFedEx, or another courier selected at Lalique’s discretion, depending on the product’s category and weight.

  • For delivery to Singapore, the average delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • For delivery to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, New Zealand and Australia, the average delivery time is between 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Orders placed between Friday evening and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Please note that we do not ship perfumes and candles outside of Singapore.

You may also place one or more pre-orders to guarantee availability before restock. Your pre-order product(s) will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks after the placement of the order.

Additionally, you may choose "Pick-up in Store" during checkout and collect your order at the Lalique Paragon Boutique in Singapore.

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery costs depend on the physical characteristics of the products ordered, the order amount, and the shipping location.

How to return an item purchased on sg.lalique.com?

When placing an order on sg.lalique.com, you have the option to return one or more items. To do so, you must inform Lalique E-Boutique Customer Service — by telephone, postal mail, or e-mail — of your intention to return or exchange the Products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns should be sent to the following address using the Return Coupon provided at delivery:

Products must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all protective materials, tags, stickers (where applicable), accessories, and documentation intact.

Lalique will not accept returns or process refunds/exchanges for Products that are incomplete, used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or bespoke Products (e.g., engraved items)
• Perfumes, candles, and diffusers if the seal has been broken
• Pierced earrings

If you requested a refund and the returned Products meet the return conditions, Lalique will issue a refund for the Product price (excluding packaging and delivery fees) within 14 days of your withdrawal request.

If you requested an exchange:
• Exchanges are only available for items of equivalent value.
• If you wish to exchange for a product of a different value, the original item will be refunded, and you will need to place a new order on sg.lalique.com.

What are the conditions and delays of a refund?

The refund period can take up to 14 calendar days from the reception of your return. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail.

Please also note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchased product. Delivery charges paid when placing an order on the website will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. Fragrances and candles cannot be returned or refunded if the seal has been removed by the Client.

Personalized products cannot be returned nor refunded. For more information with regards to returns, we invite you to read our General Terms and Conditions.

I lost my login password, how do I reset it?

If you have lost your login password, go to My Account page and click on "forgot your password".

Enter your e-mail address and an email will be sent to you prompting you to reset your password.

I am in possession of a Lalique item and would like to identify, authenticate or obtain a quotation. How do I proceed?

If you need help to identify your item, please attach at least one photo of the product and one or more photos of the items signature (R. Lalique, Lalique or Lalique France). All Lalique glass and crystal pieces have been signed on the bottom or the lower part of thepiece.

Unfortunately, we are unable to officially authenticate your item, nor are we able to provide a quotation. We invite you to contact a recognized expert such as an Auction House, who can
examine your piece and provide you with a quotation.
