Delivery Locations
We deliver items available for sale online to the following locations: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Brunei, Myanmar New Zealand, Christmas Islands and Australia.

Please note: Due to international shipping restrictions on flammable goods, fragrances, room sprays, diffusers and candles can only be shipped within Singapore.

Pick-up in Store
You also have the option to select the "Pick-up in Store" option at checkout to collect your order at the Lalique Paragon Boutique.

Pick-up hours are from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Ensure to present the order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up your order. Orders not collected within 14 calendar days will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Processing and Shipping
Orders placed on the online store sg.lalique.com are shipped the next business day after the order is placed. All shipments are dispatched from our Singapore warehouse via our logistics partners DHL Express, Federal Express or such other courier company engaged by Lalique at its absolute discretion.

If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all products are available. Should you prefer to receive in-stock products immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Some  creations being made to order, delivery times, costs, and terms will be confirmed by a Lalique advisor prior to order validation. These items include boxes, furnitures, decorative pannels, large lightings, seatings, mirrors, and textiles.

 

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Regular orders : 

  • Singapore: 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, New Zealand, and Australia: 5 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Pre-orders:

As pre-order items require additional preparation and shipment from France, delivery may take between 4 to 6 weeks. Please refer to the product pages for specific delivery time estimates for each pre-order item.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs on sg.lalique.com vary depending on several criteria. Prices are displayed in the local currency of each client, based on their location and current exchange rates. The following costs are provided as a guideline for orders in SGD:

  • Singapore: Delivery is free for all orders.

No delivery charges are applied for orders selected for Pick-up in Store at the Lalique Paragon Boutique.
