Refund policy

When placing an order on sg.lalique.com, the Client has the option to return one or more items. To do so, the Client must inform Lalique E-Boutique Customer Service — by telephone, postal mail, or e-mail — of their intention to return or exchange the Products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns should be sent to the following address using the Return Coupon provided at delivery:

Products must be returned in a new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all protective materials, tags, stickers (where applicable), accessories, and documentation intact.

Lalique will not accept returns or process refunds or exchanges for Products that are incomplete, used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or bespoke Products (e.g., engraved items)
  • Perfumes, candles, and diffusers if the seal has been broken
  • Pierced earrings

If the Client has requested a refund, and the returned Products meet the return conditions, Lalique will issue a refund for the Product price (excluding packaging and delivery fees) within 14 days of the Client's withdrawal request.

If the Client has requested an exchange:

  • Exchanges are only available for items of equivalent value.
  • If the Client wishes to exchange a product for an item of a different value, the original item will be refunded, and a new order will need to be placed on sg.lalique.com.
